With wireless controllers, the main benefit is that you are not restricted by a wire. You will be able to sit where you want to play your games without the wire restricting how far away you can go.
However, when comparing the two, we find that wired chargers are generally best. The main aspect you want to consider with your controller is their power and charge. With wireless controllers, they need to be able to hold their charge. Whilst most of them can, you will find that there will come a point that you need to stop playing to charge your controller. This does not occur with wired controllers as they are always plugged in, making these the better option for hardcore gamers like ourselves.
